북 관영통신인 조선중앙통신사는 최근 미국이 북을 향해 '악의 소굴'이니 뭐니 하며 인권사각지대처럼 비난하자 이에 대해 북 언론들은 일제히 미국을 향해 "세계 최악의 인권유린국가가 미국"이라고 지적하며 각계 북녘동포들의 분노들을 반영하는 한편 미국의 인권문제가 세계에서 가장 열악하다고 조목 조목 폭로하는 글을 발표했다. 오늘날 미국을 향해 강도높게 혹평하고 규탄하는 나라는 북조선으로 평가되고 있다. 2014년 3월7일자 조선중앙통신사가 발표한 글을 소개한다.[민족통신 편집실]

조선중앙통신사는 7일 세계최악의 인권유린국가 미국의 정체를 폭로단죄하는 고발장을 발표하였다.

고발장은 인간의 모든 권리가 여지없이 유린말살되는 인간생지옥이 다름아닌 미국사회라고 폭로하였다.

고발장에 의하면 미국인구조사국은 지난해 9월 17일 통계자료를 발표하여 2012년에 전국적으로 빈궁자수가 그 전해에 비해 30만명 더 늘어나 4 650만명에 달하였다고 밝혔다.

같은 해 3월 26일 미국의 여론조사기관인 《갤럽》이 발표한 전국적인 여론조사결과에 의하면 응답자의 43%가 기아위기와 살림집문제를 엄중한 사회적문제들중 하나로 꼽았다.

지난해 9월 17일에 발표된 미국인구조사국의 자료에 의하면 2012년에 의료보험에 들지 못해 치료를 제대로 받지 못한 주민들의 수는 약 4 800만명이였다.

미련방수사국은 2012년에 전국적으로 121만 4 464건의 강력범죄가 감행되였다고 발표하였다.

2012년에 진행된 미국대통령선거에서 투표률은 57. 5%에 불과하였다.

미국에서 선거는 돈뿌리기경쟁으로 되고있다.

신성한 교정이 전장을 방불케 하고 청소년들이 알콜람용 등으로 정신육체적불구자로 굴러떨어지고있는 현실은 미국식《자유》와 《민주주의》, 《문명》이 낳은 사회적비극이다.

미국에서는 피부색과 민족별, 성별, 나이에 따르는 차별행위가 극심한것으로 하여 정치, 경제, 사회생활의 모든 분야에서 불평등이 만연되고있다.

《보스톤개관》 2013년 1~2월부에 의하더라도 미국에서는 보통 200만명이상의 아프리카계 미국인들이 선거할 권리를 빼앗기고있다.

미로동성의 통계자료에 의하면 2012년 10월에 백인들의 실업률이 7%인데 비해 아프리카계와 라틴아메리카계 미국인들인 경우 실업률이 각각 14. 3%, 10%에 달하였다.

지난해 7월 14일 플로리다주법원은 집으로 가던 무방비상태의 흑인소년을 총으로 쏘아 살해한 백인경찰에게 무죄를 선언하였다.

미국은 다른 민족의 종교와 신앙의 자유도 가혹하게 유린하고있다.

2012년 9월 미국의 인터네트상에 반이슬람교영화가 올라 전세계이슬람교도들의 분노를 폭발시켰다.

다른 나라들을 반대하는 미국의 경제제재소동과 정부전복책동은 그야말로 악랄한 국권침해, 인권유린행위이다.

제반 사실은 세계최악의 인권불모지, 인권말살국인 미국이야말로 인권피고석에 서야 할 범죄국가이라는것을 보여주고있다고 고발장은 강조하였다.

고발장은 있지도 않는 《인권문제》를 여론화, 국제화하여 주권국가들을 압살하려는 미국의 추악한 인권모략책동에 경각성을 높이고 이를 단호히 배격, 분쇄할것을 국제사회에 호소하였다.

Pyongyang, March 7 (KCNA) -- The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) Friday released a report disclosing the true colors of the U.S. as the worst human rights abuser in the world.

The report noted that the U.S. society has turned into a veritable hell where all human rights are violated and stamped out.

The report went on:

The U.S. Census Bureau in its statistical data on Sep. 17 last year noted that there were about 46. 5 million impoverished people throughout the U.S. in 2012. This is 0.3 million more than the number of those in 2011.
According to a nation-wide opinion poll conducted by the U.S. opinion poll institution GALLUP on March 26 last year, 43 percent of its respondents regarded the issues of starvation and housing as serious social problems.

Data released by the U.S. Census Bureau on Sep. 17 last year said that about 48 million inhabitants were not able to receive proper healthcare in 2012, unable to afford to insure themselves.

FBI announced that 1 214 464 cases of high profile crimes occurred across the U.S. in 2012.
Due to the worsening economic crisis, the number of unemployed reached 10 200 000 as of January this year, 3.6 million of them being long-term jobless people. (U.S. Department of Labor Feb. 21, 2014)

The turnout rate in the 2012 presidential election was just 57.5 percent.
The election in the U.S. is characterized by a competition for spending money.

Inequality is prevailing in all fabrics of politics, economy and social life due to extreme discrimination in race, nationality, sex and age.

According to the 2013 January-February issue of Boston Review alone, more than 2 million African Americans are deprived of their right to vote.

A statistical data of the U.S. Department of Labor noted that jobless rate of the white was just 7 percent but that of African Americans and Hispanic Americans was 14.3 and 10 percent in October, 2012.

The Court of the Florida State gave a verdict of not guilty to a white policeman who shot a defenseless black boy to death when he was on his way home on July 14 last year.

An anti-Islamic film was posted on an internet website of the U.S. on September of 2012, lashing the whole Islamic world into fury.

Washington has also zealously kicked up the racket of imposing sanctions against other countries and perpetrated actions to topple their governments. These are also serious infringement upon their sovereignty and human rights abuses.

All facts go to clearly prove that the U.S., tundra of human rights, is a criminal state which should be brought to the court for trying human rights abuses.

The report called on the international community to heighten vigilance against the despicable human rights campaign of the U.S. aimed at stifling sovereign states by building up public opinion on their fictitious "human rights issues" and internationalizing them, and to resolutely reject and foil it.
